SpeedFam operations after the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake

SpeedFam expresses the deepest condolences to the victims of the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake, and extend the deepest sympathy to all people still suffering from the disaster.

SpeedFam group operations in Japan have not been affected by the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake.  We confirmed the safety of all staff of the group companies in Japan.  And all facilities of SpeedFam, SpeedFam Nagano and SpeedFam Clean System continue normal operations without any direct damage.

While we do not find any significant problem to date, we would appreciate kind understandings for the unexpected shipment delay due to the related power outage, slow logistics, etc.
